Conditions for returning yarn
- You must call us within 7 days of receipt of goods
- You must return the yarn(s) within 10 days of receipt of our return label.
- You must return the whole quantity of the yarn ordered
- Yarn must be in its original condition
- Returns are permitted on yarn only (no other products)
Once we receive the return, we will give you a merchandise credit for your account.
Your merchandise credit can be applied against future purchases upon request.
- No returns on knitting needles, books, crochet hooks or patterns
- No returns of yarn that has been wound into balls or cakes.
- No returns on sale items – only full price purchases.
